Enamel Town needs a doctor

Spot the sign.
Choose the cure.
Help the town.

Freeze or Sneeze is a cheerful city-health adventure where players observe patients, recognise symptoms, choose the right cure, and help Enamel Town thrive.

A shift in progress in the Little Clinic. Cheerful patients wander a warm paper-cut floor; one patient with red eyes and spots stands inside an orange spread ring, and a row of cure cards fills the bottom of the screen.

The core loop

Four things, over and over, and never quite the same

A shift is a small, readable puzzle. Everything a player needs is drawn on the patients themselves.

Observe

Patients arrive and wander the room. Watch faces, cheeks, arms and the air around them.

Recognise

Every illness wears a costume of visible signs. Spots, red eyes, a held belly, a scratch, an ache bolt overhead.

Treat

Pick a cure from the tray, then tap the patient. The right choice cures them and stops the spread.

Grow

Score, XP and coins feed the Shift Report, the Doctor's Guide, the clinic and the map.

Enamel Town

A warm paper-cut city that grows with the player

Enamel Town is drawn flat and friendly: cream paper, white card surfaces, ink outlines and hard little shadows. Nobody in it is frightening. Illness is a costume worn by a cheerful person, never damage done to them.

Eight places open up as the player earns them, and each one plays differently. Sunny Park spreads fast. The Town Market is crowded. Central Hospital sends bigger cases. The Night Bus lets nobody move a seat.

The City Health Map. Eight named places — Little Clinic, School District, Sunny Park, Town Market, Central Hospital, City Health Network, The Lido and The Night Bus — sit along a pale river, joined by dotted paths. Only the Little Clinic is unlocked.
Sprout's growth sheet. A seedling in a glass jar with a smiling face, shown across three stages and six expressions: first a bare jar with two leaves, then with a third leaf, clipboard and satchel, then with a marigold flower and a headlamp.

Sprout

A companion who grows alongside you

Sprout is a seedling in a glass jar with a face and a clipboard. Sprout asks for something each day, cheers the good shifts, and steadies the bad ones.

Sprout only ever gains. Every stage keeps everything the stage before it earned, so growth is always visible and nothing is ever taken away.

A look at it

Six screens from the current build

Every screenshot on this site comes from the real game.

A calm moment in the arena. A small top bar shows town health and score; a handful of patients stand well apart on the clinic floor.
The arenaOne persistent top bar, and the floor left clear for the cast.
The cure tray at the bottom of the screen. Cure cards are drawn as flat ink-outlined icons with plain names underneath, one of them selected.

What makes it different

Four decisions the whole game rests on

Symptoms are visible clues

No hidden statistics and no guessing. Each illness is drawn with a primary sign you cannot miss, and quieter secondary and tertiary signs for the players who look harder. Chickenpox and measles are deliberately separated by more than colour.

The town grows with the player

Coins raise the clinic part by part. Levels open new places on the map. Sprout gains a leaf, a lamp, a coat, a cape. Progress is something you can point at on screen.

Pressure is readable, not frightening

A sick patient's spread radius is drawn on the floor. A healthy patient standing inside it fills a visible exposure meter, and it drains again the moment they walk away. Danger can always be seen coming, and always interrupted.

Collections make each shift matter

Every shift can turn up a new illness card, a new cure, a rare citizen, a badge, a theme — and a postcard souvenir of the run itself.
